After you purchase a service, you will be asked to complete a style questionnaire, helping us understand your preferences and fashion needs. You have the option to submit photos of items you already own as well.

Are the styling recommendations inclusive of all body types and sizes?
Yes, our goal is to cater to individuals of all body types and sizes. Personalized styling is about embracing and enhancing your unique features.
What if I am not satisfied with the curated looks?
We provide you with a draft of the lookbook first. If you are not satisfied with the initial lookbook, we offer one complimentary revision to ensure it meets your expectations before any additional charge. Note: additional charge is priced at AED 50 (USD 14)
Can I request for additional looks after I purchased a package?
If you’d like to add an extra styling look to your lookbook, you may request it after purchasing a package. Once requested, we will send you a secure payment link for the additional look. Note: each additional look is priced at AED 100 (USD 28).
What formats will I receive the styling content in?
You’ll receive curated looks in a digital PDF with clickable links if shopping is included.
